Lyn E. Beggs
Board President

Lyn is an attorney in private practice focusing on assisting physicians and other healthcare providers in a wide range of matters related to healthcare including licensing board issues, contracting and compliance.  Lyn is a Reno native and attended the University of Nevada, Reno where she received her BA degree.  She then attended Northwestern School of Law of Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon where she received her Juris Doctorate.  She returned to Reno where she worked as a staff attorney for the Federal District Court of Nevada.  She subsequently was a deputy public defender for Washoe County providing legal representation in both family and criminal court.  In 2005 Lyn became legal counsel for the Nevada State Board of Medical Examiners and in 2012 transitioned to the private sector.  Lyn is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the Health Care Compliance Association and multiple bar organizations.  She lives in Reno with her husband and two dogs. 

Christina Kinney
Board Secretary

Christina has been the Office Manager for Kids First Family Services since 2012. She also spent time working in Rehabilitative Mental health as a Pyschosocial Rehabiltation Specialist and Basic Skills Trainer for Kids First.  Christina grew up in beautiful Lake Tahoe, Nevada and moved to Reno to attend the University of Nevada, Reno where she graduated with her B.A. in Criminal Justice.  She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two dogs. 

Rollins Stallworth
Board Member

Mr. Stallwort has spent 35+ years as a teacher, coach, and administrator in the Washoe County School District, (WCSD).  Since 2016, he has been the WCSD Coordinator of Student Activities and Athletics.  His department coordinates and supervises activities, athletics and Physical Education in the WCSD.  Rollins earned a football scholarship to the University of Nevada to Reno, Nevada after attending Merced Junior College in California in the late 70’s. He graduated from UNR with a B.S. Degree in Secondary Education and a Masters’ Degree in Physical Education.  He also has a Certified Degree in Athletic Administration.  He serves on several local northern Nevada community Boards and is currently the President of the Nevada Interscholastic Athletic Association, (NIAA) that governs sanctioned high school sports in the state of Nevada. Rollins has been married for 35 years to an educator as well, and they have three children a daughter who is a UNR graduate and track and field athlete who is a teacher in the WCSD.  His middle son is a graduate from Stanford University who played both football and ran track for the Cardinal. His youngest son has just completed his freshman year at the University of Nevada.

Sonia Budhecha, M.D
Board Member 

Sonia Budhecha, M.D, has been practicing medicine in Reno for the past 17 years.  She is a pediatric pulmonologist, running clinics at Renown for children with asthma and airway diseases, chronic lung disease of prematurity, and the director of the region’s only accredited Cystic Fibrosis Center.  She serves on the Children’s Champion’s Council and Pediatric Advisory Board at Renown Health and has also been medical director of the Reno Chapter of the Asthma and Food Allergy Network.  As a former associate Professor of Pediatrics  at the University of Nevada School of Medicine, she continues to teach students and residents in the area. 

Andre Anderson
Board Treasurer

Andre is a lifelong Reno resident.  With over 28 years of experience as a local Realtor he is knowledgeable in all types of real estate including residential, multi-family, commercial and vacant land.  He takes pride in the fact that he is on the Professional Standards Committee that oversees Realtor compliance with the code of ethics.  Andre graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with his degree in Business Administration.  He has served in both the United States Air Force and the Nevada Air National Guard.  His hobbies include running, biking, skiing, sailing, camping, reading and cooking.
